Come celebrate the light of our Magnificent SUN, its Lifegiving Light, and the Light of Your Soul! We are wrapping up the Spring Yoga Challenge tomorrow and WOW, we practiced in excess of 90 Kriyas and Meditations since the Spring Equinox. Consider joining us tomorrow morning at 8 am!
I am deeply grateful for the support for a small but dedicated group of Yoginis, and one Yogi, as we made our way to the mat each weekday (and several weekends too) each morning at 8 am to practice a 30 minute Kriya followed by the optional gong bath and meditation.
If you haven't tried it out yet, then consider practicing with us for the forthcoming SUMMER YOGA SERIES where our focus will be on our hearts, self-love, mind-heart coherence, and cultivating prosperity consciousness.
The time format will be the same as the Spring Yoga Challenge and commences next Wednesday, June 23, weekdays through to Friday, July 16.

If there is one day of the year to celebrate our lifegiving LIGHT, it's SUMMER SOLSTICE, the longest day of the year and the commencement of SUMMER!
There are two Sunday classes I'm offering to celebrate 🙏😅

I trust that all of us will have an opportunity to put our bare feet on the earth, to reach our arms up to the sun, and feel its radiance upon our faces, flowing through our bodies, our minds, and our hearts.
Receive the Divine Intelligent Lifeforce, healing, invigorating, and acknowledging each one of us. For I'm certain that Sun knows each one of us by name, loves us unconditionally, sees our beauty and desires that all of us collaborate with its light to realize our destinies, to be joyful, bountiful, to experience bliss in a human body, and to be free.
Let it be a great time to Feel Alive, to feel supported, to know we are where we are meant to be, right here, right now, no matter what.
