Mindful breathing techniques shift mood and mindset and directly impact our physiology, cardiovascular health, digestion, and our capacity to heal and procreate.

In this workshop, you will learn and experience simple and effective breathing techniques for:

  • overcoming stress, anxiety, and intense emotions

  • deep relaxation

  • restful sleep

  • cultivating a healthy, balanced lifestyle


Bring your yoga mat, or practice in a chair, provided! 

No past yoga experience is necessary.
