We’re gathering in the park on Sunday morning for a guided, intimate practice to support emotional healing and help you reconnect with a steadier, more grounded version of yourself.

Under the Scorpio Full Moon, this is a powerful time to bring awareness to emotions that reside beneath the surface, so they can be processed, softened, and released.

Through gentle movement, conscious breath, and meditation, you’ll be guided to work with what your body has been holding, without force, and at your own pace.

This practice supports the release of stored emotional tension, clears mental noise, and helps you reconnect with your natural sense of clarity, strength, and wholeness.

Create the space to feel, to reset, and to come back into alignment with yourself, and the parts of yourself that have been hidden deep inside.

Arrive & Settle In
Take a few moments to arrive and settle in, on the earth, amidst the trees, beneath the sky, and in your body.

Breath & Grounding Practice
We begin with simple, guided breathwork to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and bring your awareness inward.

Gentle Somatic Kundalini Yoga
Slow, intentional movement paired with breath to release tension, increase circulation, and reconnect you with your body. Fill your whole self with the Full Moon transforming light.

Mantra Meditation (Narayan)
A simple mantra practice to quiet mental noise and support emotional healing.

Gong Bath & Deep Rest
Lie back and receive. The sound of the gong supports deep relaxation, integration, and restoration.

Stretch, Ground & Close
