Service Description
Kundalini Yoga offers many effective meditation techniques that combine breath practices with mudras (arms, hand and finger posturing), drishtis (eye focus) and mantras (chanting specific phrases). In meditation we can access deeper states of mind and plant new seeds, clear subconscious programming, create particular mindsets and qualities we desire in our life, heal all kinds of problems and dis-ease states, strengthen the nervous system, balance the body and mind, and of course, restore proper balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system for healthy relaxation, reducing anxiety, depression and fatigue.
